Wine and Witch Library Giveaway Official Rules
Please read these Official Rules before entering the Wine + Witch Library Giveaway by Constance Sayers, Author, LLC. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Giveaway-related materials. One winners will receive a “library” of 4 total books: The Glamourist, Chocolat: A Novel, The Bone Witch, and The Once and Future Witches. Please note that the prize will be delivered in two shipments: the first three books will ship upon the end of the promotion and The Once and Future Witches will be mailed to the winner on October 13, 2020, when the book is released. The wine is NOT included.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Limit one entry person, void where prohibited or restricted. Affiliates, suppliers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (ET) on September 8, 2020, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on September 12, 2020.
How to Enter
Enter online only by liking the post on Instagram and following the Constance Sayers account on Instagram. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used for entry. Automated entries are prohibited and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information by entrant; lost or late entries or transmission; interrupted or unavailable network, serve, or other connections; scrambles transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software or combination thereof; or problems associated with or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or illegible entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted or described in these rules, the Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.
